How long does it take?
Every pair is made to order. Standard turnaround is 7 working days from your order, plus delivery time.
Are these genuine boots?
Yes — every pair starts as a brand new, genuine boot (adidas, Nike, Puma etc.), sourced directly. We then blackout-customise it by hand.
Will the blackout wear off?
Our finish is built for play. Some scuffing on high-impact areas is normal over time — every pair is backed by our lifetime guarantee, and we offer touch-ups.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer the full size range the original boot comes in. Select your size at checkout — if you're between sizes, drop us a message and we'll advise.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship internationally with tracked delivery. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return a custom pair?
As each pair is made to order, please check sizing carefully. Contact us within 14 days if there's any issue and we'll put it right.
