Are these genuine boots?
Yes. Every pair starts as a brand new, genuine boot - adidas, Nike, Puma - sourced directly from online retailers. We then customise each boot by hand.

How long does it take?
Each pair is made to order. Standard turnaround is 7 working days before dispatch, plus tracked delivery time.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer the full size range the original boot comes in. Select your size at checkout. If you're between sizes or unsure, email info@customblackouts.co.uk before ordering and we'll advise.

Will the blackout wear off?
Our finish is built for play. Some natural scuffing on high-flex areas is normal over time. Every pair is backed by our lifetime service guarantee, and we offer touch-ups.

Can I return a custom pair?
As each pair is made to order to your specification, we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. Please check sizing carefully before ordering. Faulty or incorrect items are covered - see our Returns page.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, fully tracked. Delivery cost and times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I request a custom finish that isn't listed?
Possibly - we love a challenge. Email info@customblackouts.co.uk with what you have in mind and we'll let you know if we can do it.
