• Each pair is made to order. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be completed.

• We email you with tracking information as soon as they're ready to be sent to you.

How long does it take? - Each pair of boots is made to order and should be ready within 7 working days - if we expect any delays we will be in touch with you to advise. 

Do I pay for postage? - We offer free shipping on all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24. You also have the option to pay for Special Delivery which is next day guaranteed by 1pm.

Are the boots genuine? - Yes, every pair we sell is 100% genuine and purchased directly from reputable online stores. 

Do you ship worldwide? - Yes, we are lucky enough to have customers around the world - full international shipping options and pricing can be found at checkout. 

Do you offer returns? - Each pair of boots is hand-crafted and made to order therefore all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your size before placing an order with us.
