Made-to-order customs

Every pair is customised by hand to your specification, so we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom boots for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal preference. Please check sizing carefully before ordering - if you're unsure, email us at info@customblackouts.co.uk before you buy and we'll advise.

Faulty or incorrect items

Your statutory rights are unaffected. If your boots arrive faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@customblackouts.co.uk with your order number and photos, and we'll put it right - whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
